Terms of service
These terms cover what we build for you, what it costs, who owns what, and how either of us can end it. Using our website or buying a plan means you accept them.
1. Who these terms are between
Gold Strategics of Lake County, Florida, and you, the client. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to do that.

Gold covers a custom website, hosting, security, backups, intake forms, the visitor dashboard and the instant answers widget, for one location and one service area. Diamond adds every tool package, monitoring and updates, priority on requests, and a monthly report.
Tool packages can also be fitted to a website we did not build. In that case you keep your existing host and we run the tools alongside it. What we can install may depend on how your current site is built, and we will tell you before you pay if something will not work.
3. Payment
The build fee is due before work begins. Plans and packages bill monthly in advance from the date you start. Prices are in US dollars.
If a payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period after we tell you, we may suspend the website and any tools until the account is current. We will always contact you first, and suspension is a last resort rather than an automatic one.
4. Cancelling
There is no contract and no minimum term. To cancel, email us at least five business days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial months are not refunded. Adding or removing a tool package works the same way.
One-time fees, including the build fee, are not refundable once work has begun.
5. What we deliver, and when
Most builds go live within a few days of you sending your content, photos and details. That timeline depends on you: if we are waiting on material from you, the clock waits too.
Before launch we show you the site and make reasonable revisions. Requests that go well beyond the agreed scope, such as custom functionality that is not part of any plan, are quoted separately before we start them.
6. Ownership
- Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours.
- Your content stays yours. Text, images, logos and anything else you give us remain your property.
- Your website is yours. If you cancel, ask and we will hand over the site files and your customer data.
- Our underlying tools and templates remain ours. You get an ongoing right to use the site and tools we delivered to you, but the reusable code behind them is not sold or transferred.
7. Your customers' data
Some tools handle information about your customers: inquiries, contact details, job records, and messages sent on your behalf. That data is yours. We handle it only to run the service you are paying for, we do not sell it, and we never use it to market to your customers on our own behalf. Section 6 of our privacy policy sets out how we treat it.
Your side of this. Where a tool contacts your customers, you confirm you have a lawful basis to contact them and that the lists you give us are yours to use. You are responsible for complying with the marketing and messaging laws that apply to your business. We will not send to a list you cannot account for, and we may refuse or stop a send that looks unlawful.
8. What you are responsible for
- Giving us accurate information about your business, your services and your prices.
- Holding the rights to any content, photographs or logos you send us.
- Keeping your own account credentials secure.
- Using what we build lawfully.
9. What we do not promise
We do not guarantee search rankings, positions in AI assistants, traffic volumes, lead numbers or revenue. Nobody can, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we commit to is doing the work described in your plan competently and on time.
Our services are provided as is. We aim to keep sites available and working, and we monitor them, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Hosting, domain registrars, email providers and other third parties can fail in ways outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
11. Ending it from our side
We may suspend or end service for non-payment, for unlawful use, or if a client is abusive to us. Other than for non-payment or unlawful use, we will give you reasonable notice and hand over your site files and data.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and existing clients will be told by email before a change affects them. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
